We are proud to offer all customers our “discreet billing and shipping for FREE" service. All items are packed in plain packaging, and then sealed in either an Australia Post express bag or Courier bag, guaranteeing discreet delivery. You cannot see or feel the shape of any of the contents inside.
To add to your privacy, there is no reference on any documentation or on any packaging to Lovemyself. In fact, all references are to “LM Beauty and Cosmetics”, even on your credit card statement.
Due to the nature of the products we sell, we do not offer an exchange or refund service if you simply change your mind. However for any manufacturers faults we will replace the item within its warranty period. Products that do not have a manufacturers warranty are covered by Lovemyself's 7 day defect policy. We will cover the cost of posting a new product back to you however costs to post to us will be covered by the customer. For any faulty products, simply send it back to us with clear note of the fault.
